Pro-Life
Bob has been a long-time
member and supporter of the Right-to-Life.
He is, always has been and always will be strongly pro-life. Bob
believes that Roe vs. Wade is one of the most flagrant examples of
judicial activism in the history of the United States.
Being a conservative, pro-life lawyer, Bob understands the
complexities of the right-to-life issues in the law and can help to both
assist in crafting responsible pro-life legislation that can sustain
legal attacks and convince the secular members of the legislature as to

Pro-Border Security
We are a
nation of immigrants, and also a welcoming nation. However, we ask that
those wishing to live in our country do so by following a legal
process. Our state and local law enforcement should work closely with
immigration officials, and English should be the official language
of state and local government entities in official actions and

Pro 2nd Amendment
Bob
is a strong supporter of 2nd Amendment rights, a member of
the NRA and a “Defender” donor to the Buckeye Firearms Association. As the Founding Fathers wrote the Bill of Rights, they
provided the citizens with the 2nd Amendment to give teeth
to the rest of the rights we cherish as Americans.
Vigilance is required in sustaining a strong 2nd
Amendment.
Pro-Taxpayer
Reducing
taxes and the over reaching arms of the government is necessary in
sustaining a free, prosperous society.
It is important to keep the services the government chooses to
provide in check so that it does not become more of a burden.
Pro-Business
Small
businesses and employers provide jobs and drive our economy.
As a small business owner, lawyer and employer, Bob understands
the needs, hopes and dreams of those entrepreneurs who take the risk to
make their lives better, provide the things consumers need and create
crucial jobs. Bob supports
the private sector and the prosperity that it brings. Ohio needs jobs, businesses and a young, intelligent work
force. Together, we will
make Ohio great for all generations.
Pro-Education
Ohio
needs fair funding for schools as well as teachers and staff that
provide strong foundations in the basics, a strong scientific curriculum
and strong values. Bob will
take our West Side values to Columbus and fight to empower teachers and
staff with the ability to responsibly educate our students.
The business, manufacturing and science sectors must be given
special attention as we prioritize for our educational future from
elementary school to graduate school.
Pro-Law Enforcement
As
a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, City Law Director and currently
representing Green Township with Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney
Joe Deters before the Ohio Supreme Court to defend our sexual predator
laws, Bob has demonstrated a commitment to supporting our law
enforcement. Bob will
continue this dedication to law enforcement in Columbus.
